  • would this be considered fat?
    height: 5' 7
    weight: about 150
    HELP!
    I know that I am fat but just asking if there are any simple ways of losing weight besides using those pills or whatever.../extreme excersising/ liposuction. (haha)

    please help and it would kind of be helpful of you didnt give links because sometimes they take forEVER to search...

  • You should lose about 7 or 8 lbs. It all depends on how much muscle u have


  • that doesnt sound like your fat but if you still want to loose weight then do cordio and dont eat bread or cheese or sugars. try to exercise everyday even its only for 10 minutes. worked for me but now im tryin to add muscle.
