  • what is the best time to eat during the day if you are trying to lose weight? I usually only eat about once a day, possibly twice if I have the time but I know it isn't in the evening because I know that my metabolism slows down then. But what is the best time?


  • Well you should eat the right kind of food all throughout the day to lose weight. The best thing to do is eat one meal a day around 2-4, and eat plenty of snacks like apples, pears, cereal, honey, fruits, and vegatables every other hour. Cut out prossed food to lose weight.
