Sprained ankle, Stay home and rest it, or go on a trip i really want to go on?

  • i was at work today and was carrying a box down a flight of stairs. they have grips on them that are metal. i fell and sprained my ankle pretty badly, and tore up my other leg pretty bad. i went to the doctor for an xray. and they said i was fine. gave me an air cast and sent me on my way. i was planning on going on a trip to Duluth tomorrow with my sister and her fiance. the doctor said it would be ok to go but im not sure. he told me to take it easy but he also said i should go. im just not sure what to do. my heart tells me to go because i really want to go to college there and see the town, and my mother told me i could go, but at the same time im not sure if sitting in the back seat of a car for 4 hours up there is such a good idea. what would you do?
