Saving edited pages

and when I preview - sometimes image is missing...
I have the html pages for the site and need to change a few things in the index only ....

If you downloaded the HTML code from a web site, you will have to load this code back on the web hosting server.
1) Make your changes and save ON YOUR HARD DRIVE under the name of the site page. If this is the front page, usually index.htm or index.html
2) Use a program such as WsFTP or SmartFTP to load the code back to the server. You will have to have a userIS / password in order to do this.
