Playing with Ext.Ajax.request, but Ext.decode is not a function

    I'm trying to avoid loading the rather large ext-all.js file in memory, but it seams to be the only way to make things work on my side.

    The problem: When trying to decode response from an Ajax request, Ext.decode is not available. I did load /build/data/Connection-min.js. Using latest 2.0.2 version.

    Any clue ?

  • are you loading json.js is Ext.util.JSON an object?


  • Indeed, I did not load JSON.js. I actually resolved my problem by using the excellent Ext 2.0 builder at http://extjs.com/download/build.
