No clue about makeup... Help?

  • I really can't do makeup and my mom is no help whatsoever. I don't know what to use... I have blue eyes and I'm WHITE! lmao my friends tell me I'm neon white. I can't seem to find anything that evens out my skin tone and I don't know how to fix my eyes. Does anyone have any pointers?


  • Try the brand Almay. You can find eye shadow, eyeliner, ect. that is specifically for blue eyes. I have blue eyes, so I know how to help :)
    You should wear brown eyeliner because it looks way better than black on blue eyed girls. Black or brown mascara will look great. I recommend Rimmel London mascara. I love it!


  • silver eye shadow would b nice...lots of mascara, face cream and loose powder.....dont wear too much makeup thou.

  • uhm. dont listen to thw person tht said black. would wear a light brown eye shadow. browns loook great with blue eyes. and a lil bit of brown mascara. lip gloss is good too.

  • Go to YouTube. There are many videos on how to apply make-up and how to find the right shade. Also there are many books out there. Just go to the library. The next step is just trial and error and practice. Good luck!


  • First of all, to even out your skintone, you'll want to go to a drugstore and try foundations. Since your skin is super light, it may be kind of difficult, but drugstores normally have great people working who can help you. You can get matching coverup if you need it, and also get TRANSLUCENT powder. Translucent powder works on most skin tones, and it'll definatly work on yours. With really light skin, you'll want to add some color, so use a peachy blush and maybe a little bronzer. Use bronzer on your nose and cheeks, but not too much. You want to look sunkissed and natural. Then, to make your eyes pop, use a bronze/brown/orangey shade of eyeshadow. Since it's the opposite of blue on the color wheel, it'll make the blue in your eyes stand out. Then, use BLACK BLACK BLACK. If you want to use eyeliner, use black. ALWAYS use mascara, and of course.. use black. For days were you want a more natural look, you can use brown mascara, and no eyeshadow.

  • Not to much makeup!
    Some pressed powder works well for neon white skin I have it to! URG!
    Some black mascara will do wonders for making the eyes POP and some light blue eyeshadow.
    Some light to medium pink lipglos will look good and maybe a little bronzer to make you look darker.
    Don't do alot and don't let it look cakey!

  • You should look at the makeup section of your local walmart. Almay is a wonderful company to start with. They have eye shadows and liners that are made specifically for your eye color, and they have tips on the back on how to use it.

    Do try a light foundation and a powder over it. Try a little bit of light blush and some clear or light pink lip gloss.

    Good Luck, and have fun with it!!!!! Just make sure you DO NOT use bronzer without a few sessions of trying it on your face before you go out, you may end up looking like you got a weird skin condition.





  • Hey i Have that problem Don't use dark colors for blue eyes try blue i use a toned moisturizer and on top of it i put translucent powder so people cant tell. For mascara start with a lighter shade then work down so people don't really notice the point is to look natural my mom tells me i can wear more if i want and try Mary Kay but i prefer the cheaper stuff because it doesn't make me look as much like Barbie. Pinks also work good for eye shadow really anything does but darks sorry this is so long but love how White you are you are a kid don't make your self look older than you are (I am learning that the hard way) start light so and for lip gloss clear and light pink only it makes you look darker so powder you might also Try Natural Beige its 1.27 dollars at walmart and it is NYC pressed face powder Best Answer? hope i helped you sound like a young teen just like me And maybe your could try No base


  • ha. i'm pretty white too, bu that's because i have red hair. but i'm pretty decent at make-up on ME. :]] but with blue eyes, brown eyeshadow would be gorgeous! i would say (since you are starting out) wear LIGHT brown eyeliner JUST on the bottom... DON'T start the eyeliner at the very inside corner like every other girl does. t makes your eyes look small. NEVER use black eyeliner, and wear brown-black mascara, and just a LITTLE bit on the bottom. :]] and since you are pale. use a little bit of blush. :]]

    You do not have to use the same products that they are using, you can go to the store and buy products of a similar color that will work just as well.
