From Subject receive
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
aaa@aaa.net blab la bla 12/2/07
I was thinking to just “print screen” it but to many records. How can I do it? I have exel as well , maybe exporting to excel and then print it? How?
Thanks

I beleive that there is a translation module that may or may not have been installed at the time of installation of Outlook. It should still be on the computer and it should prompt you to activate it if it is not already. If not, you may need your orginal installtion disks. Unless someone knows of a site that may have it avaliable.
Under File, select Import/Export...
From there you will then want to select "Export to a file"
Then Select Excel.
If will prompt for a file name. Select your location and file name and it handles the rest.
You need to know that in Excel it comes accross in a different order than what you are looking for. The Subject is first, the the body, then from, etc.
In Excel you can delete the unwanted columns, and re-sort the columns.
I hope this helps....
